FEE: $35.00 - Spaces are assigned on a first come-first served basis. These events really do fill up quickly so send your form and fee as soon as you can. PLEASE NOTE: ENTRANCE FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE (If spaces are filled when your app is received, we will return your form and fee or place you on the waiting list as you advise.) RAIN OR SHINE!

SPACE:  ARTISTS WILL BE ASSIGNED NUMBERED SPACES IN ORDER OF THEIR CONFIRMATION. Once the pavilion is full, interested vendors will display outside of the pavilion in the parking lot area. Let us know if you prefer an outside space.

SET UP:  Starts at 8 am the day of the event. Check in with one of our volunteers (the ones with clipboards and name badges) before setting up. ALL ARTISTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN AREA, which includes unloading, set up, break down, manning your area, clean up of trash in and around your area - break down time is 5 pm. (It is your option to break down sooner if you choose.) Remember that the St. Augustine Beach Pier Pavilion is sometimes VERY windy, if your art is breakable please display it responsibly, and in such a way as to avoid unfortunate accidents the day of the event. NOTICE: Festival organizers, and/or the Pavilion, and/or the City of St. Augustine Beach will NOT be held responsible for any broken/damaged items, or injuries resulting from such!

(904) 347-3638. Please note that i will be in KY on and off for several months while my mother recovers from radiation therapy for a brain tumor. So even though i am changing the mailing address to her house in KY, i will be in St. Augustine for the festival and can still be reached on my local cell phone number. Thanks!
